Pre-Installation Preparation
Before beginning installation, ensure you have:
- Completed structural assessment of the mounting location
- All necessary tools and equipment on-site
- Power supply and data connections prepared
- Installation team trained on safety procedures
- Weather conditions suitable for outdoor work (if applicable)
Installation Steps
Step 1: Mounting Structure
Install the mounting frame or structure according to engineering drawings. Ensure all brackets are level and securely fastened. Use appropriate fasteners for your wall type (concrete, steel, or wood).
Step 2: Power Distribution
Install power distribution units at designated locations. Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection. Test voltage at each distribution point before connecting displays.
Step 3: Cabinet Installation
Begin installing LED cabinets from the bottom center, working outward and upward. Use a laser level to ensure alignment. Connect cabinets using the locking mechanisms provided.
Step 4: Cable Connections
Connect power and data cables between cabinets. Follow the cable routing plan to avoid interference. Label all connections for future maintenance.
Step 5: Control System Setup
Install video processors and controllers in the equipment rack. Connect input sources and configure the display settings. Test signal path from source to screen.
Step 6: Testing & Calibration
Power on the system and run diagnostic tests. Check for dead pixels, color uniformity, and brightness levels. Calibrate the display for optimal image quality.
